Just had my first massage with Loretta. I will definitely be seeing her again in the future. She really knows what she's doing! I had a 2 hour massage with her and it was amazing. Wouldn't have changed anything about it. Highly recommended!

If I could give no stars I would. My masseuse was smacking on gum the entire time. They speed through my entire hour long massage so quickly that she spent about 20 mins on just my feet. A massage is a nice term for it too. She put cold oil on me straight from the bottle and was scratching herself the entire time. Literally to the point she would stop massaging just to scratch herself. First of all that’s nasty, secondly if you need to literally stop massaging for a prolonged point because you’re itchy…you need to see a doctor. I normally would not, but I decided to speak to a manager. Not to get my money back but just to let them know they need to not book that masseuse. The manager come out of the office looking annoyed and is like “you wanted to speak to me??”. I told her what happened and her response was just “ok so don’t book with her again”. This was the least relaxing experience I’ve ever had. 0/10 would not recommend.

Beautiful place. They have a cozy lounge for you to wait for your therapist. Christian gave me a wonderful massage. His deep tissue work was just what I needed. Thank you Christian and massage luxe

Highly recommend Loretta! I have chronic upper body: head, neck & shoulder and pain & she’s been such a •blessing• through my busy season of working 10-11 hr days. Loretta not only listens but is very pleasant. She has a calming presence and is extremely knowledgeable about the body and techniques that are sure to bring relief. Already booked my next appointment with her. 😃
