I have owned an Impex TSA 9900 home gym for many years and it has been great, very sturdy and very reliable. Several months ago however, I ordered new replacement cables. Five of the six new cables sent to me were fine, but one of the cables was not correct, it was about 10 inches too short. I notified Impex/Marcy Pro of the error and they then sent me a second incorrect cable. In late December I notified them that I have now been sent two incorrect cables and I again requested the correct cable. Today, January 03 I received a third incorrect cable, 48 inches instead of the needed 102 inches. Somebody over at Impex obviously does not care one bit about customer service.

Do not buy! Ordered a Marcy smith machine which came missing one part that is imperative to the whole machine working. I contacted in order to receive the part and am being told it’s a 6 to 9 week back order. I’m not making a new order. I need the missing piece of a 1800 dollar machine that was missing. That should not be a back order issue. It should be a pull one from a different one and get the customer who already paid taken care of! Unless I caught the last one in existence.

We needed replacement parts for a really old Marcy bench that I picked up used. Impex was really helpful in finding the parts that would work even though the model was long out of production. Shipping was fast and reasonable. I could not ask for better service.
