Not to thrilled. Been coming here for over 11 years and front desk person very unprofessional. Like I'm dealing with a 10 year old. I find it hard to believe that the President of this place would allow such unprofessionalism.

Extremely long waits and over booked. Don't be fooled by the empty waiting room. You're in for a wait. Desk staff is very unfriendly. That is me being nice. Didn't seem to mind that I was unable to walk. No offer to assist. Just watched as I struggled to walk into the mri. Fumbling over my bag and items. No offer to help he carry them either m... The facility is nice. That's what earned the second star

Disability unfriendly. I am epileptic and require accompaniment at all times. My seizures are uncontrolled, so being in a room alone for even 2 seconds is a fall hazard for me. I brought my husband along to accompany me. Prior to checking in, we went to get our temperatures checked to be allowed into the building. A woman checked my temperature and, when she finished, pointed to my husband and said (and I quote) "and you go wait in the car" ... I politely informed her that I required accompaniment. She gave a disgruntled "yeah, totally fine" and angrily took his temperature. We went to check in where we were met with the same problem. This time, however, the woman behind the counter said to my husband that (again, I quote), "You, go wait outside". I informed her I had epilepsy... and she looked at me like I was nuts. I then said I had uncontrolled seizures and required him to accompany me... and she continued to look at me like I was nuts. I then said that, if he couldn't accompany me, I'd require staff to accompany me. She put her hand up to stop me and said that he could stay. Finally, I was called into the back to get my imaging. The male nurse said my husband could not enter. For the THIRD TIME WITHIN THE 30 MINUTES WE WERE THERE, I politely explained that I had epilepsy and I needed my husband with me. He looked a bit confused at first, so I explained I'd need someone with me at all times, including in the changing room. He then allowed us in. Imaging was incredibly fast. After all of the testing I've done within the past year, this was the fastest experience I've had yet. The facility was incredibly clean and very beautiful! I would love to come back. However, I think the staff should brush up on some information about different disabilities and which ones may require accommodation. On an unrelated note (if anyone who could change anything were to read this), I notice alot of loopholes in the American health system, like how those with disabilities (ie. me) are treated rather unfairly while some others may get accommodation but may only be pretending. It happens quite often (like with Service Dogs). I think if staff were informed, there should be some kind of procedure in place to make sure nobody takes advantage of the system. Overall, I think the facility is amazing. I just think our medical system needs tweaking.

It was a very difficult experience here for me and my 2 month old baby’s audiology test. They expected for her to fall asleep and then I put her down on a pillow, on my lap and to continue to be fully asleep for the test... I couldn’t hold her in my arms, just extremely hard to keep her asleep. Specially since my baby is exclusively breastfed, does not take any pacifier. I was not able to proceed with the test because of this. Really think you guys need to reconsider the way you guys test for babies. Luckily I went elsewhere and thank goodness she was able to fall asleep and get tested in my arms while being latched on.
