Went here on Monday at 9:35am. After trying the drive thru and stalls twice, I left. The open time says 9:30. I left at 9:45am and no one ever responded

I pulled into one of the drive-in stalls and pushed the red button to order. The text on the screen said it was activated and they’d be with me shortly. After over 10 minutes waiting and hearing nothing, and even pushing the button again to see if that would help, I gave up and went to the drive-thru. Note: it was not a busy time and there were hardly any other cars there, so it want because they were swamped. The drive thru folks didn’t seem particularly concerned or apologetic when I explained to them how long I’d been waiting and how no one responded to the button. Then, I get home with my food and find that after all that effort, they hadn’t even gotten my order correct and I had to pick bits of onion off my burger, as I have a intolerance to onions. I love Sonic and have been to them all over the country. This was by far the worst experience I had. Any other issues have always been handled with great customer service response. The employees there tonight didn’t give an explanation for not answering the red button call, and they didn’t really seem to care that I’d had a bad experience. I doubt I’ll return to this location.

Love the menu, easy to order from the pull up menu/order. Food was super good. My first time here and it all went so smooth. No issues. Menu is okay, prices are better, actual food is really good. No indoor eating. You eat to go either in your vehicle or on the orad lol. Go & enjoy for a quick drive bye eatery.
