A. It's very rude and inconsiderate for the employee to stack a large load of towels in front of the customers washer, preventing them from getting to their clothes. B. It's even ruder to refuse to slide the towels over to allow the customer to get to their laundry. C. It's also rude to kick that customer out for merely sliding the towels over a little bit so they can get to their clothes. D. Its psychotic for the employee to make a scene pretending that someone was posing a threat when they weren't. E. And it's theft to kick someone out and refuse to refund them the money that was loaded on the laundry haus card. F. Furthermore, It's rude for the manager to say he'll call you in 10 mins to hear your side of the story and then not call. G. The customer had to call the police to make them refund the $73.

I have now been to Laundrohaus Meridian three times. The first two visits, I did my own laundry. Today was the first time I tried their Wash and Fold service. I am giving five stars because their service and their facility is amazing!! I have been to several laundry mats in my life and this is the nicest by far!! I think it is very reasonably priced and I love the wash and fold service. They offer same day and next day service. Dawnna and Jennifer helped me today and did my wash and fold service. I’ve seen them before and they are always smiling and working at the same time. I will definitely be back not only for the reasonable prices but the impeccable service provided by Dawnna and Jennifer. Thank you again ladies…I appreciate your help!!
