I don't know how this place has a 4 star rating. Chris and Scott clearly were either having a bad day or just don't know how to give proper customer service. I was concerned about smudges and small scratches on a game I was buying and they were short of laughing at my concern, not very professional. Then I was offered a small discount then charged full price and they were clearly trying to make fun of my concerns assuring me I shouldnt be worried. I'm very disappointed with the interaction I had today and I usually spend a lot of money at pawn shops but I'll never go here again

Can I just say everyone at this store had the best communication & customer service. They've taken time with me in person, answered any q's on the phone. I'm grateful to have this local option of help, we had a emergency happen and they were very fair. I felt valued and I appreciate them so much!!

Best Pawn shop out of them all. They have a great selection of tools. And their prices can't be beat. I have been to all of the Spokane locations, and 2 of the locations here in the treasure valley area, and Scott had the best customer services skills from all of the employees I've talked with in the past. Scott did an amazing job explaining the items I was interesting in. Highly recommend him and highly recommend the Meridian location.
