The staff should have been more helpful. A sixtv five year old lady friend of mine stood outside(in the rain) and loaded her own cart with stepping stones and pots and plants and needed lots of soil and it took a half hour to get any of the many employees to notice and go help her get two flatbeds full of soil to the car so she didn't hurt herself. There were a lot of employees wandering around aimlessy with no offers of customer service or greetings. And a lady in a motorized cart seemed to irritate them and get in their way

I waited over 30 minutes for somebody to cut a wood panel for me. Went to the customer service desk three different times. Each time the response was "I'll page someone to help you" but not one employee was interested in helping me. I would've done it myself but unfortunately the saw needs a code. Normally a great place to shop, but not helping a customer who asks help multiple times in a half hour is unacceptable.

This is the most unprofessional company to order from. I ordered a washing machine from them, and they sent the worst technicians, who didn’t call before coming, like they said they would. After calling a discontinued number to let me know they had arrived, they just left instead of calling the alternative number, so I had no clue they even arrived. When I called to deal with the situation, the lady on the phone was very rude and didn’t offer to set another date. I cancelled my order immediately, will never order from Home Depot again, as they don’t bother to work with their customers or hire decent technicians.
