Discrimination is clearly seen here. If you are different, in anyway, you won't be welcome to "circle groups" and ultimately will be left to figure out this journey alone. I've definitely been hurt by this church.

Started off friendly but within a week or so, leadership and attendees become cliquey. They call you friends but all you are is just a body in the room. Especially YA, appear as friendly only to exclude you if you’re not best buddies with them nor even make it a point to include you. Allow women to preach when 1 Timothy 2:11-14 speaks against women preaching in church. One of the leaders says that “Everyone is a child of God” when in truth Galatians 3:26 and John 1:12 mentions how we become children of God which is through Christ. This isn’t to hold any grudge against anyone but to speak truth and state facts. Here is a suggestion, please stop welcoming new people for a little while only to ignore them weeks later and exclude them from interacting with you and your friend groups. We are called to be church and to fellowship with one another not act as high school cliques and be the “cool crowd” too cool to make new friends.
