D O N O T M O V E H E R E !! Rent Is Too High For Things To Not Be Working Like A/C, Fridge, Halls Stink & Are Swamped With Wasp. Valet Trash Doesn’t Pick Up All The Trash. & Even If They Do They Leave All Kind Of Extra Trash On The Stairwells. Not To Mention The Unprofessional Staff. Who Told Me Today “If You Don’t Like Us Now, You Really Won’t Like Us If You Break Your Lease” Like I Care About A Broken Lease lol Save Yourself Please I Wish I Would Have !! Wish I Could’ve Rated In The Negative.

Not Recommended, RUN !! They Take Their Time With Maintenance Request (Haven’t Had A Working Fridge In A Week and Most Of The Food Went abad … And They Won’t Reimburse Me) Constantly Attacked By Birds Bc Maintenance Won’t Remove Bird Nest From The Halls. On Top Of Wasp At Every Córner. R U N !!

If I could put zero stars I would. This is not a luxury apartment. Don't move here. They will not do maintenance request. They tell tenants they can't if it's not an emergency due to understaffing. This is not the tenants problem. People paying remt should not have to wait months for maintenance service request. In the state of Texas yall have 7 days. I will be advising my husband to sue. You guys are far from luxury please stop saying that. I wouldn't advice moving here. You can get a real luxury apartment at these rates and have maintenance request completed. These ain't it tho.

I’ve lived in a plethora of poorly managed apartments, but Franciscan takes the cake. Staff doesn’t even bother responding to complaints addressed via email. One of the gates has been out of commission for 6+ months, inconveniencing half of the current tenants. I was previously employed as a leasing agent, and can say with 100% confidence this delay is due to poor management. My kitchen countertop randomly cracked in half while doing dishes. We had to follow up constantly to get any sort of information from the office…the replacement took around 3 months. Most likely would have never gotten fixed if we didn’t bug management. One weekend, I randomly woke up to the sound of rushing water and scrambled to shut off the main water line to my apt. Turns out that the water heater line burst, and we were left without any sort of running water for 2 days. I’m currently paying $1800 for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. These prices are absolutely ridiculous considering the poor incident response and rude management staff. I was incredibly excited to move into this complex at first—and am now regretting that decision entirely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS OVERPRICED COMPLEX!

Is there a building 1?

Believe so. When you drive up to the complex area, you should see a sign with an arrow to the left side that says buildings 1-9. And vice versa for 10-18.
