101 Center is a delightful place. I enjoy that it’s in the center of downtown Arlington and that it has really beautiful interior. I do wish that they were more strict on the parties in the pool area but you can’t expect the staff to work 24/7. Now as for the good things I wanna appreciate the staff that work here. Most are very friendly and do lots of activities for the 101 center residents. I especially want to thank Ms.Brenda Wall. She really works hard to accommodate every resident and I as well as others I’ve spoken to believe she deserves a raise regardless of what she makes now. She always hears my roommates and I out whenever there’s a problem and does everything within her ability to help us out. When we needed her help last week she immediately jumped on it and got back to us within an hour. I’ve lived at a different apartment complex before and I can tell you they are the exact opposite of Ms.Wall. You won’t really find much more helpful and kind people other than at 101 center and a couple other places in a college town like Arlington. So to whoever reads this I do recommend living here. As long as Brenda Wall works here, this place will continue to be my most recommended apartment complex in DFW!

5/5, i absolutely love living here. the staff is so caring when it comes to needs for their residents, and maintenance comes really fast! My roommates and I decided to renew from how much we all love it. Brenda Wall is one of the kindest leasing managers I have experienced. She was extremely helpful with all questions my roommates and I had about renewing our apartment and changing the location of our rooms. I would definitely recommend living here if you are a student applying to UTA, because it is so close to campus and is in the heart of Arlington. I have no doubt that the staff will provide everything you need, and if you ever need to go higher up I would definitely recommend speaking to Brenda Wall as she will make you feel heard and do her best to give you what you ask.

I’m not sure who 101 has recently hired to give these false reviews but please do not fall into their trap. Check all the one star reviews and those are the most honest. Leasing manager, Brenda Wall needs to be fired unless you are specifically looking to spend money she will not respond to any of your concerns. Many instances where people had to go out of their way to find her because she avoids emails and phone calls. The entire team is ran by incompetent first time workers that should’ve stuck to working fast food, absolutely no type of management skills.

The only real issue I have here is maintenance taking long and The pool parties (however the police are pretty much on top of that!). I love it here and am renewing for another year. Raquel, Erica, Brennan, Brenda are all amazing. I have yet to meet Trevor, new manager, however maybe one day. Prince, my puppy, is well loved by the staff who were all willing to help me get him out a locked door Thanksgiving Day <3.

Questions & Answers

If for any unexpected reason someone has to leave during the year,is there a certain penalty they have to pay to get out of contract is there no way they can get out of contrract?

If you can get someone else to take over your remaining lease term, there would be no penalty. Otherwise, you can break the lease, but that would result in financial penalties per the lease agreement, especially if the landlord is unable to quickly find a new tenant to lease the unit. If you break a lease and a new tenant doesn't rent the unit, you could be stuck paying for that until a new tenant is found. You'd need to review your lease and/or contact the leasing office for additional details. A lease can only be broken in the state of Texas without incurring any financial penalty if you are a military member that must break the lease as part of your military service (ex: deployment).

What's the rent

I was just visiting but I think it is between 600-700 for a room, power & water in one of the 4 bedroom condos.

Are these only for students?

I'm not a student and I have lived here for 2 years. They cater to college students since it's close to UTA, but anyone can live here.

is the rent per bed or are the studio apartments more expensive

Around 1300 for a 1 bed room (non share). If you are comfortable to share the apartment then they have a student matching program. Depending on your constraints like sleeping time, social preferences etc they match students to share the apartment. For those who needs more privacy can opt for entire unit

Are these student apartments only? Asking considering it’s by UTA.
