So let me get one thing straight, the staff itself was great! Nice and understandable of me and my sisters situation. The rooms were clean for the most part but roaches (big ones) would come from nowhere. No biggie tho. My problem is with the manager. HIS ATTITUDE STINKS AND WAS UNCALLED FOR! I had to calm myself down from going completely off on him for asking a simple question.

Positive: N/A Negative: Phone not working, wifi passcode not working, card key would fail to work everyday had to go to reception and get a new card to be able to enter into my room. Receptionist at times unavailable with sign would be back in 10 mins¿waited for at least 20 m

The room was very clean and so was the pool. Economical. They do ask for a deposit of $100 and dont mention it on the website. It is a small place but well kept. Front desk staff were friendly. 0 issues. Highly recommend.

At some point in time you can tell this "hotel" may have been a great place to stay. But that was then... This place is horrible. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel this bad. They should rename this place Alexis Motel. The rooms are old and outdated. Carpet has an odd smell. The Restroom was a nightmare. Shower vent covered with dust, tissue dispenser covered with rust. The restroom was dirty on our arrival AND the toilet seat was broken. The deadbolt to our room didn't lock. Very bad time here. Only thing good about this place was the In and Out burger that was less than a minute walk from the lobby door.

These idiots will hire anyone. They have made unauthorized charges on my credit card and refuse to return the money. I use every opportunity to spread negativity about these people. Just an update; Amex gave me the money back that these crooks attempted to steal. I'm guessing they probably do it often and most people don't notice the small $40 charge or don't bother disputing it. Probably make a fortune in fake charges. The staff here even told me to watch out for them, that they are crooks.
Yes
Worst management of any motel in Dallas. It's a shame too because it's a very nice facility.
Or call OYO's customer service line. The rates are usually cheaper on there as well.
$100 that we never got back from them. We had to file a claim with our bank to get our money back. I'll never stay at any of their properties again.
I just came in and it's open now. Guess it's warm enough. Nobody out there though
It literally depends on who is at the desk. I've been charged 100 cash, 115 on my card, and none at all. They are very unorganized. And the owners are crooks.
They typically will not allow you to check in until 3pm. And not a minute sooner. By then there will be a line our the door and they will take their time. The night people seem to be a bit better, but the day shift? Forget it!
If you book it through a travel site it's much cheaper. I lived here for a month. I could watch the prices fluctuate until it hit$315 and then I'd book. It would go as high as $500.
