Today I ordered some soup for curbside delivery (Order #799955754). My pick up time was 11:05 AM and I was parked in the #2 spot. I waited 15 minutes for soup. Soup. How can it take that long for soup? I left without my order. This is the second time they have done this to me. I will never go to this location again! If someone ask me I will tell them to drive miles away from this location to order Panera.

Not sure who decided to close at 8 but at 7Pm all the bread and pastry is GONE. THEY ARE SWEEPING THE FLOOR AROUND YOU AND IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO PANERA FOR 20 YEARS BUT I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN EXCEPT IN THE MORNING!!!
