Please take your business elsewhere. I went in because I needed a new battery for my 2018 Nissan Murano. There was a sign on the door that said no free service. I went in anyways and asked if that was the case. I went back out to my car and it wouldn’t start. I went back in to beg for them to help me. There were three workers and one customer in the store. They still said no with tears streaming down my face. If this service aligns with the company’s core values, those are corrupt core values.

Date of visit was 2/16/22 @12:30. Went into the store, stood there for 5 minutes! No hello or we'll be with you in a minute. Two guys standing there bending a coat hanger. One ran out to grab some jumper cables from someone and went right back to the coat hanger!!!! I always go to Advanced Auto because of the impeccable service to get there! Today was definitely a game changer! Sad
