In person I had great assistance. But whenever I call the SNAP line or the local office I can never get through to speak with anyone concerning my application for benefits. I have just come home from being incarcerated without a dime in my pocket and need assistance in order to feed myself and its impossible to even get someone on the phone to tell me what is going on with my application. This shows how much of a concern it really is to the state of South Carolina.

I agree with you. They are awful people who don’t do their jobs and make promises they don’t keep. It is scary that they are allowed to be in this important profession.

Depends. If you are pregnant you can qualify if you don't have a job. If you have a child, you can qualify without having a job. Otherwise, if you are an "abled body" you have to work a certain amount of hours to qualify depending on whether you go to school or not
That would be up to your state officials. Go vote.
If they meet the income restrictions the yes covid 19 dictates they are eligible for 90 days emergency benefits.
Pretty much Only way to really know is to go to their website and fill out the paperwork or call and set up an appointment. Benefits are based mainly if not solely on what your income is.
Go to the health department
I'm not sure about that but they may have some resources on it though
