I have lost faith in the justice system because of Greenville County Probate. They are not looking out for women & children. They knowingly let a fraudulent will be probated & did nothing to stop it.

My 5 stars is for Tanya Haynes in the small estate division. She is the absolute best ! Very professional, knowledgeable all the way around about her work, and very well spoken. She makes sure to explain everything in detail so that you clearly understand every step of the small estate process. You instantly get a sense of sincerity from her warm and welcoming personality. I don't think my process could have been any smoother if it wasn't for her. It is obvious through her work that she is a very important asset to the court. Thank you, Mrs Haynes for all your hard work, patience, dedication and time during such a difficult time of grief.

My father unexpectedly passed away almost two years ago. My lawyer has sent probate all documents they have asked for and we have literally been waiting on probate to close our case for almost two years. One employee of the probate court told me that the COVID deaths were more important for them to get to. How is any death more important that another? This place has not been helpful or timely at all. Very disappointed.

Call the police, non-emergency number. Have the person picked up for a mental evaluation for the purpose of being committed.

You will have to go to your local Probate Court. Explain the particulars about the individual. If there is credibility and validity in your statements, the Court can issue it's Order for the individual to be picked up. Good luck!

Is it possible to arrange a meeting for a few minutes to inquire exactly what documents are needed /to bring to your court after a dear one passes away? Thanks
