This is THE worst place to live!!!! The property manager or whatever she is Mercedes is the absolute worst!! Not only have I witnessed her berating tenants who live here, she also very clearly has her son with her when she does so. She is very nasty, rude, and gets aggressive and belligerent with tenants. How she's still employed is beyond me but I guess they don't care.

Yes they rent the lot and trailer however they have options to purchase both there on site instead of renting you could invest in owning it
