Wow…Management’s replies, in my opinion are insane.Very dismissive and condescending...not once have you taken any type of responsibility or offer any resolution as far as offering to look into these tenants complaints. That’s a disservice to the tenants.This company’s replies, exposes their lack of professionalism. I would not rent here.

Aggravating….the management needs to respect the tenants and give us assigned parking spaces just imagine living somewhere and you can barely park because non-tenants and people from other buildings taking up parking spots and your forced to park either 3 buildings down or somewhere your car will get towed and having kids like atleast help the lease owners out im hoping to move soon because this is annoying it’s aggravating at its highest

Been living here almost a year and haven't had no problems. Was 2 incidents a few months ago where shots were fired but from what i heard the people who did it came from other areas other then that my apartment is spacious and clean

I do not live at this facility but I have visited, seen rats and roaches. It is rather funny after reading the reviews and have read where they put cameras up to verify what people might be doing in and around the area... there has been pot smells, apparently because people are smoking it. Just because a living facility is considered low income or section 8 does not mean that it has to be a terrible place to live. Maybe the ones that run your facility ought to look into a career change!! To you the owners look into your situation and make it right.
