I see the owner replied back to my rating...so it's only right that I return the favor and finish my review. This community is very beautiful and peaceful. I took full advantage of the patio space while visiting my mother. Presently I live in NY but spending time at my mom's place here... I'm actually thinking about moving and if so I'll definitely consider living in the North Bluff. Neighbors are so nice as well. It's just a wonderful vibe and I'm here for it! Let's not forget about the pool and community center. Wowzers 👍🏿 I absolutely loved it here. Thank you for the great experience and for replying to my review. I've also posted pictures 📸

Some neighbors are loud and disrespectful and management needs to be improved but the apartment is a really nice place other than that 👍

Washer and dryer is optional for 55 a month..and if you buy your own they will take theirs out of the unit 😊

Free WiFi is only in the clubhouse, gym, office and pool area. I use xfinity/cable. for use in my apt. Yes, I've lived here 5 years. We have had no problems, it's very safe. Hope this helps.
I have a 2bdrm 2 bath for $1029.00. A nice clean place to live they really take care of the grounds and it is a quiet neighborhood.
