Actually I ordered something for the next day and they wanted to deliver it the same day after I made the appt..but I missed the call..but they went out of their way to get it to me..that's what I call customer service..He came..switched out..and was very friendly and polite

You can buy the tubing separately, it cost like 50 bucks
