My hair stylist was amazing, however when I went with my cousin she had wanted her hair cut and alittle dye on her ends, they dyed her hair all over and cut her bangs uneven, and left dye on her, when we called to tell them how we felt they were very rude and said basically yelled at us, being very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

DO NOT GO!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! NEVER AGAIN!! THIS IS WHAT SHENNA THE MANAGER WILL DO TO YOUR HAIR. It will not come out all one color it will be three and you will pay someone else to fix it. When you call corporate Shelby will tell you that she can only return $25 of your almost $200 that you spent to have this done. Save your self and go somewhere else.

I spent over$150 on cut and color. I still have gray hair!!! The woman who did my hair was not friendly. I asked for 2 inches off my hair and she cut 6 inches off. Never again!!!! What a ropoff
