I love Number 5! I live closer to the West Ashley locale but I typically drive a few more minutes for this one! They have the friendly staff and the quick service I need.. That’s ALL Gerald’s but this one clearly caters toward their demographic, keeping stocked on Quality Used Tires.

I went to Gerald’s to get my transmission Mount Bracket put on which one of their mechanic told me that I needed so he called around trying to find my part but was unable to get due to it was a back order for this part so he gave me my part# and I find my part online took it to them to get the put on and a week later my car started having the same problem.So I went back and they was unable to get to my car so I went back today and was told when they put this part on they should have changed another part too but I was never told that and want to charge me again $150 for something that was never told by their mechanic. The first time I paid this because I furnish my own part and for labor now that their mechanic failed to give that information they want to get the parts which isn’t no more than $40 and just charged for labor. To me that is bad business because your mechanic missed up not me and when I talked with the manager he was supposed to call me back and haven’t. This was a place I thought was fair but I guess not. Cause if I didn’t have to rate they would have gotten a zero
