As i joined this complex it was originally nice (meaning things about the garbage). Now Garbage everywhere, maintenance tickets take days if not weeks to be fixed. I have had to revert to getting my own monthly replacement filters from the office since they dont change them with a work order. I have about had my fill of this. I know a lot of military live here, but if you are wise, Go Somewhere Else. It isnt as bad as overseas because maintenance actually took care of stuff. Once this lease is up i am out.

I applied and was approved for a 2 bedroom2 bath. Then received a conditional approval email the next day. I called several times to find out what were the conditions because they weren't listed on the email. Justin nor Alex were available. I left several messages for them and my calls weren't returned. I continued calling for 3 weeks. By this point the apartment i applied for was no longer available. I spoke with one agent (unsure of her name), she checked their system and I was listed as a resident. She asked if I received a welcome home letter or other information from the complex. She did her best to help me. On the third week, I was told rent increased and I didn't make 3 times the rent. My income didn't meet the requirements for anything in their complex. A co-signer would need to make 4 times the monthly rent. Which wasnt a problem, but nothing was available at this point. I was promised a refund but who knows when it will show up. Since it's coming from their cooperate location. Whom I contacted as well (regarding the conditional approval) and never received a response. I was honestly excited about this being my new home, it's sad things didn't work out.
