Worst customer service EVER! They’re rude, unhelpful and got our order wrong MANY times. Will not go back again. We kept putting up with them because we like Greek food and it is near our house but enough is enough. Their staff before the pandemic was way nicer and effective. No wonder the rating kept going down recently. Today I ordered my food on DoorDash and when my husband went to pick it up they insisted on not having our order. He went back again after I had confirmed that DoorDash said food was ready to pick up and showed them various screenshots of my order. Turns out they put the wrong name on the top and only showed in small print half way through the receipt it was meant for me. This cost us extra 20 minutes that we didn’t have over our short lunch break. In the past few orders they either missed an item or gave us something we didn’t order. It’s the same experience when we ordered directly on the phone to pick up or when we ate at the restaurant.

My daughter is gluten free & she asked if they have gluten free menu, no they do not. She then asked to sub the pirate bread for French fries & without mentioning, they charged for the sub. She then told them to leave it like it was if they are going to charge extra. Our order was ready, so my daughter was going to help the young man carry our food & she asked him if he needed help. He didn't respond, she then said that she could help him carry our food, still he said nothing & only handed her a small plate with French fries on it. Then once we got our food, the fries were bland, no flavor. The gyro sandwiches barely had any meat on them, Although they had plenty of lettuce & tziki sauce. We will not be back here.

Just walked into the restaurant and saw dead bird and blood around it Informed the cashier and person standing next to her making food said something like we have cleaned it could hear what he was saying. Asked hun what he said and tells me what did I say very rude and not good for business. I have pictures to share for proof don’t know how to share that.

Super friendly customer service very helpful on the menu place is super clean and neat food was fresh and hot 🔥and Tatsy also left a nice thank you on our takeout plate great job you guys will be back soon would love to add you guys to my YouTube and food blogger
