I’ve been here almost 4 years and I absolutely love it here. It’s very comfortable living. The new management Emelda and her team have done an excellent job in keeping up with the entire property. Johanna did an excellent job here as well miss her bunches. Maintenance does an excellent job and quick fix when needing something done. It’s a perfect location especially during school year. The bus picks them up in the front of the office and drops them off in the front of the office. Cops are always keeping an eye around here and the surrounding areas. Again I feel very comfortable living here. I would definitely recommend these Apts to everyone. Keep up the great work The Orchids of Carrollton team!

I completely agreed that old management was providing excellent services to residents. I lived in this community for 10 years and never had any issue but I moved out on June 17th this year and keep calling for my security deposit refund,First of all no one will pickup the phone luckily only few times phone was picked up but simple response that paper work was done and sent to corporate office and check will be sent within week.I sent several emails but not a single one was responded.This morning again I called and luckily some one picked up but response was "follow up e.mail sent to corporate and waiting for response. I h ope that their services will improve.

Do not move in here! New owners are the worst and the apartment complex is not worth the expensive price of rent. The receptionist is rude and will not help fix any issue. There is trash everywhere and grass and bushes are not maintained properly. There is heavy drug use in the complex, and owners are okay with it. They added a bunch of new policies and increased rent, but they rarely answer the phone. When they do, they are rude and expect you to fix the problems they should be fixing. I highly suggest you to not move in here. We’re waiting for our lease to expire to move out.

I visited this property recently to look at apartment homes, Johanna and Blanca were both very kind and courteous and answered all my questions. They also took the time to show me their remodeled units and I must say, their contractors did an amazing job with the interior renovations! While I toured the property I also noticed how clean and well kept it was. Great experience and if everything works out, I'll be moving in soon! 😃
