I toured this place few weeks ago and the place is super nice! Very good tour with Brenda. Even though I decided to not live doesn't mean it was bad. I was just able to find a place that had better prices for the square footage I was wanting and all hardwood floors vs the carpet they offered. Maybe in a few years I'll circle back and see. Again nothing was wrong with what they showed me for the 1 bedroom apartment home

Me and my family have only been residing at Wind Dance for over a month now, and have nothing but praise and recommendation. The management team is professional and attentive, the maintenance staff is very competent and quick to set things right. Mrs. Taisha who had helped as enormously during our application process, ensured everything went smoothly and quickly. Upon moving in, we had a few minor and major issues, where were brought to the management attention, and Ms. Taylor Durham, was so professional and courteous to oblige to our situation, and ensured that it was all quickly resolved. Thank You Taylor! The landscaping is nicely kept and the place is overall very attractive. Also, the plus points are that Wind Dance apartments are located close to the best schools in Lewisville ISD. It is conveniently near to Walmart, Kroger (within1.1 miles) and other grocery stores, also including several restaurants. You want a great place to call home? I heartily recommend Wind Dance Apartments.

Good aprtments to stay at. Interior work and finishing is good. The desgin of the apartment is also good. They made sure to provide some basic things required in the apartment. Trash bins are ideally located and crub side trash facility is available. They got great swimming pool and gym. They also have good electric bbq machines at the swimming pool. Gym equipment is desent and you got what all you need to work out. They have wifi access at the gym and leasing office. By the way Pets are allowed. The managemnet is helpfull with your needs and they are friendly so you can approch them with any help. The over all apt has good enough greenary. Coming tothe things i dont like is that they have limited covered parking and very accesable to very apartment.( but they have desent pricing on the covered parking and garages). The common area steps can be maintained little more clean. I wish they have a place to clean your car. Over all: Great place to live. Have all the eminities that are required in the apt. Apt patios got good scenic veiws.
