I have been at these apartments for 3 years and the location is great but management has changed 3 times in the past year - including maintenance/office staff. In my unit, the paint in the bathrooms are peeling off and the apartment above me had a water leak that leaked into my apartments. Also most of the outlets does not work. I recently found out that my rent went up almost $300 and I didn't even get a notice that my rent was going to increase that much! I had to call them to ask if my rent was going to go up because I knew it would be never in a million years did I imagine that it would go up to an extra $300. Rent goes up every year and no improvements are made. I will not be renewing my lease and I highly recommend new renters to look elsewhere.

Michelle Tovar went above and beyond to accomodate our requests for a 2 bdrm. I chose to live somewhere else because the apartment was not big enough for our newly purchased furniture. The customer service was the best I've received in a very long time. If your looking for a placce that will follow up with you and actually do as they say they will, regarding concerns and requests, you cant go wrong with Michell Tovar at the Lochley Apartments.

horrible interiors for what you pay. Not one upgrade in 5+ years i've lived here. Rent gets raised every year but they make no attempt to make things better. Much better places to live for the money. Will def be my last lease here. Kitchens are horrible, microwave looks like it was hung by a 5 year old. Counters, cabinets, appliances all outdated and straight trash.

This is a nicely located complex. Lots of geese, ducks and other water birds. They are great to work with and make it easy. The only thing is that I expected the place to be cleaner upon move in. But I would still clean anyway so.... Don't get me wrong not bad at all but not what I would have expected from a professional cleaning. The place itself and the service from management is amazing. They seem to respond quickly. Maintenance was also there early to replace the kitchen light which was nice it was already being handled before asking. Seems to me this management is doing their job well. I love how spacious the units are. Love the layout 💓
