Thankfully just approved and MOVED! Renter beware, or someone moving out of state, Texas and these apartments have no responsibility to fix maintenance in a timely manner, keep the air conditioner working literally ever (20 degrees above the outside air temperature, so 100 degree nights are okay) or what I guess I used to consider basic landlord responsibility. Thankful to be moving where I can depend on the power and lights hopefully somewhat capable maintenance.
