Beware, this company pays their employees to leave good reviews, management is clueless if not downright incompetent, walls are paper thin and rents are out of line with what you get which is a constant fight for parking, paper thin walls, lackluster management rude treatment from office staff, and a parent company that will bleed you dry, case in point is that ridiculous pet DNA policy they had.

July 23, Highly disappointed at the deceitful, inconsiderate property personnel. I made an appointment earlier this morning to view a unit. Arrived on time only to be told "I'm sorry we don't have a unit to show but I can show you this presentation. ". AWFUL!!!. No one has time to waste nor gas to come and view a slideshow!! If you're deceitful up-front in NOWAY will I consider to this property.!!!!!. Not a good representation!!!

Spicewood was one of the best complexes. We only moved because we bought a home of our own. We stayed in one of the spacious townhomes. Betsy and the office staff made it a point to be accommodating and professional. Even through the whole "closing" process with our home, they were flexible and understanding. Then there's the maintenance crew. Mr. Elder is a gentleman and excellent at his job. He is prompt and polite. After 7 years and 4 different complexes, this was finally the hidden gem. If you are looking for a place to call home, call Spicewood.
