The three stars are for the good location. I lived here in 2017 for 1 year and suffered from constant vertigo because the foundation was so bad that the apartment was sagging in the middle. I had to prop the sides of my furniture up. Walking in the master bedroom was like walking up a hill. The water in the bathtub would collect to one side and there was no vent for moisture so it was mildewy. Only one dim light in shower so you're showering in the dark. The second bedroom is extremely tiny. Appliances in kitchen are low end and the counter tops are covered in the same stuff they use on your garage floors. We had to remove the door to the utility room in the kitchen to get the washer and dryer in. Back when I lived there it was only around $1000 for the two bed but I can see it's gone up to $1500 and it is not worth that price.

Well, where do I begin!!! I moved back to the first apartments I ever moved in coming from Alabama in 1999. An it was the best decision I could of made. Easy access to my job an stores. Any issues I have I can go down to the office an get resolved the only problem is Mrs Mechelle an Sally make it hard to leave the office. They make it so easy to talk to an always answer all my concerns an issues either over the phone or in person or online. An make sure I leave with all I need an all my problems solved. Also I did have a on going issue not with apartment complex long story short Mrs Vivian (manager) helped me so much words can't explain she's a very patient person thank you all for everything you do to keep my life going so easy

This apartment complex is very beautiful, the neighborhood is decent. The management staff are amazing especially sally. Sally when above and beyond to make sure our transition was smooth and less time consuming. She providing us with thorough information and was very respectful and communicate effectively.
