These apartments are very cheaply built. Cabinets broke the first week I moved in. The whole apartment smells from previous owners and was not clean by management before I moved in. I have received no help in fixing this issue from maintenance. The walls seem paper thin as I can hear everything going on around me, including the loud neighbors. I have also discussed this with other residents and they have the same issue of losing sleep due to loud noises heard all night. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone and I personally will be looking for a new home soon. Save yourself the time and money by finding a different apartment.

This place is a joke. I moved in when they first opened in 2016. The management company especially "Allison and Rhonda" are the worst. One time there was blood all over the stairs that I walk up to go to my apartment and I told Allison and she said they will clean it up next week. Talking about gross. The apartments are new but they are made cheaply, stuff broke in my apartment every month, had lights go out, ac went out a few times and my breaker would trip for the smallest things. THERE IS NEVER A PLACE TO PARK especially at night you will have to park on the other end of the building just to get to your apartment. They have people that will break into your cars as well. When you move out take pictures and document everything. I emailed to find out why I was being charged so much for a touch up paint and Rhonda said well " we could have charged you for this but we didnt" and then couple days later she tried to charge me for it. So make sure you have everything in writing or they will try to screw you over and lie about what they said. Please take my advise or they will end up taking advantage of you.

The apartments are modern and beautiful. I live in the smallest 1 bedroom and it is very comfortable. The kitchen is great! I've been here almost 1 year now and enjoyed the community, and management is very accommodating to their residents needs. Great location, wonderful living space and nice place to be. I highly recommend the Flats at Frankford Station!

I love living in the The Flats at Frankford. The finishing in the apartments are modern and beautiful, website photos can not even do it justice - you have to see it in person. I'm also such a fan of the perfectly placed cable and power outlets for mounted TVs in both the living room and bedroom. I live in the smallest of the 1 bedroom floor plans and it still feels spacious with the open concept floor plan. I even have a decided little area for a yoga room (what could also be a dining area).
