I’d give 5 stars because I really love it here, but with the noise level, it gets a 2. Maintenance takes care of any issues asap, the landscape is beautiful but, I have the loudest neighbors! You’d think their adding on to their kitchen. I have to put my radio on the side where the wall is, just to not here them. I’m hoping to find something else when my lease is up.

Been living here for almost 10 years and for the most part it’s not bad. My only thing is that every single summer they do constant landscaping at least twice a week. Last year they would start bright and early at 7:30 am and wouldn’t stop till 3 pm. They will pass through by my window multiple multiple times a day mowing the same 15ft stretch of grass at least five or six different people will touch it. I will sit there and watch them and they literally just make them selfs look busy. I just don’t understand how they could possibly be working on my street for 7 hours at a time and literally be back less than a week later. It’s extremely annoying and I dread the summers for this reason. I understand that it gets hot and they need to start early but passing by peoples windows 6-7 times a day constantly waking me up is excessive. I’m having to change my sleeping schedule just because of this because if I’m still asleep when they come I will just be constantly woken up and will be tired for the rest of the day and then it all starts again the next week.

Where do I begin we move from Arkansas to Texas and we were told when we moved down that our apartment was ready from another complex and another leasing agent was also doing the same apartment that we had so me and my family had to live and a hotel for almost a week we were really high and low didn’t know where to go we had put in multiple applications trying to get in and was turned away when we came to Rosemead townhomes that was the best decision that me and my family have ever made I have nothing but great things to say when it comes down to Lori Cooper she is an amazing when I say amazing amazing she worked from sun up to sundown making sure that we were taken care of I knew me and my husband knew from the time that we submitted the application everything that was going on the process she stayed in touch all I can say is hands-down like him which she means more than the title as an leasing agent she should be a manager like I have nothing but great things to say we love you Lori and we thank you so much for everything that you have done for our family

Just applied for a 3 bed 2 bath townhome on Wednesday 2/9 and already approved 2/11! Process was super easy and great communication! Can't wait to move in :) PS - Lorie is awesome!
