Inspection should be done by the landlord before handing over an apartment to the new tenant/ family, especially couples with small kids. Lot of critical maintenance work is pending due to non-inspection by the owner / property managers. Leaking water, bed egg smell in the apartment and so on .... We shifted on Sept 2nd, during that time nobody was available to fix the issue. Clean apartment and neat surroundings are essential, this is your responsibility and our rights. Local offices as well their Regional office (Quarry Oaks Emergency) are delayed in response. Wrong choice for apartment at MAA Hebron :-(

Just move in not to long ago but I regret it almost immediately. Fist of all my unit was a different one from the one I was shown. which would be no problem except for the fact the my unit was clear not finish getting work on. my freezer not working right, my oven doesn't work, gfic constantly tripping through the apartment,many paint spots on wall, the list goes on. I'm still waiting for my appliances to be repair BTW. all of that plus management that does not care about their tenants and their property. ever since I move in I have not been able to get a proper night of sleep since my neighbors constantly play music loud, and anytime this is brought up to management all I get told was " well your neighbors said it wasn't them" even after showing a video of said problem. do yourself a favor and don't even consider this place, I'm regretting having to live the rest of my lease here

PLEASE,PLEASE, and PLEASED do not rent here, I lived here since 2018 and on yesterday, I received a letter stating they will not renew my lease, the reason the lady gave me was, we don’t have to renew your lease if we don’t want to, my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is 1,760, and if I renew my lease my rent will be 1,860, but if they force me out and add a new tenant they will pay 2,500 a month. They didn’t give me the option to renew my lease because all they want is your money. I paid my rent on time last year I renewed my rent and received my new lease with no problem, this year they know inflation is going up and they are forcing loyal customers out for a extra dollar. I do not want to live in a community that is greedy. This community has no integrity at all.
