The lady at the office Tina with no teeth is really rude and racist she swears she’s the manager too, that is honestly really unprofessional Crystal was the only nice one in the office staff but she sadly left .

I been living here for 3 years now and everything had been great. Expect for two things 1. Cristal was the only nice person in the office and I’m sad she left :/ 2. Since last year the APT complex had an issue with the boilers and because of that we struggle with the hot water. Literally I don’t have hot water between 8pm-11pm & sometimes even during the day… it’s terrible because my kids and I have to wait for the hot water to come so we can shower. Many times I have to boil water in the stove or I’ll have to shower my kids before 7pm before the hot water is gone. I’ve called the office about this issue before and the rude lady I can’t remember her name always says the boilers aren’t enough and she says that’s because all the people shower between those times. Which is ridiculous because in all my 3 years living here WE HAVE NEVER EVER STRUGGLE WITH THE HOT WATER. I’m just so over this issue it’s frustrating getting in the shower having hot water for 3 mins then having to get out because the water is cold. It’s time waste. It’s 10:44pm and I’m still waiting for the hot water to come back. Sometimes we have to wait for a whole hour for the hot water . Anyways I like these apartments. This is my home but I just hope that ONE day they can really fixed whatever needs to be fixed. And everything Can go back to how it used to be. PERFECT.

I literally Love living here. My unit is great, comfy, nice size, even for being facing the streets it doesn't bother me at all. I just stared my leasing and I can't wait to renew it. The property also has been innovating units with those smart thermostats, which makes me turn my apt into a smart one... 'Thank you Carolina, just to make me spend this extra dollars with smart devices" LOL. Carolina Flores she is the Assistant Property Manager. Literally one of the best ones I've ever deal with. No joke! She really takes care , she was attentive, make it everything works on my time frame. Also for help me to leasing my unit. I've done all the process online and only met her in person the day i get my keys, which means she helped my without even know how do I look like and people like her that what's is missing in this world. So the reason of this review is to compliment the property I live, but behind the backstage the teamwork make it happen. So THANK YOU Carolina Flores for all your help and even with my maintenance requests they also as fast and super friendly ( I am bad on names, but I know that one is from Cuba and the other young guy with glasses. They also make the community better for being polite, friendly and for doing a really good job. They all here seems to really like what they do and see this in a place you choose for live is priceless.
