Complete customer service at its best. They came to the house and picked up, cleaned, and did the return delivery for three oriental carpets. The carpets hadn't been properly cleaned for many years and had some stains. It took 7 business days and the carpet came back very clean. All the stains were removed and was great to see. It was all very esy and professionally handled. Highy recommend.
