Terrible place! The Management is very Rude and have been employed for too long. Stuck in old fashion hateful ways. Show favortisim only to the ones they can BULLY! Changes need to be made immediately within! Get rid of any "Manager" who has been there over 10 years to start fresh then maybe some employees will stay and actually have a chance to flourish. I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could.

The hair salon is awful now!!!! Marcel never listens or even looks at a picture for guidance on how my client wants her hair done!!!! She is 92 years old and knows what she wants!!! I think 🤔 it’s selfish to charge her all that money but never does a good job!!!! Guess he doesn’t have what it takes to be over this salon....... I will say certain employees here deserve 5 stars ⭐️ though!! Dash, Trina, Krista, Erica, Zack, Nikki, Kathy and Anastasia from PT , and Anastasia from front desk, Billy and Julian maintenance . They are all wonderful and make this a more wonderful and healthy place!

My grandma, mom, and I toured MerryWood on Saturday. Jill was fabulous and very informative! If the decision had been based on her alone my grandma would likely have decided to move there. Unfortunately, the facilities are quite dated and not maintained as well as they could be. While we enjoyed our tour, the amenities and offerings just did not compare to the option my grandma decided to go with. I will say the food was fabulous! We appreciated all of Jill's time and can firmly give the customer service a thumbs up.
