Bridget was AWESOME! She helped us through the process of talking with our mom and getting us just the right apartment. Moving cross-country is a task and knowing that we did not have to worry where made that easier. The facility is set on beautiful tree lined spaces, the residents and staff seemed engaged and we found ourselves feeling like we were "home". We look forward to many years together.

Unfortunately my mom was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s. They made her move to assisted living stress free. I’ve never met or seen so many compassionate people as I have there. The staff are courteous and compassionate with what they do. The staff are truly the backbone to Brookdale Charlotte east... Diane, Michelle, Franchescsa, Serene.... I can’t list them all... so if you’re looking for a place for your loved one. This is it.

We were introduced to Bridget White, Sales Manager at BCE, and had an immediate connection with her. Bridget understood all of my concerns and needs for my mom and made this transition for my family effortless. The staff and residents have been so kind. Everyone has made my mom feel welcome!
