Established facility with NEW ownership and leadership! I would have never considered it in prior years my mother! I am actually happy that I transitioned her away from the newer, “ Taj Mahal“ of Cotswold, Charlotte, NC…to a community more “like home”… and less like corporate! Clean, safe, engaging, and simple to maneuver amenities! Renovations are happening to update interior design and such, but it’s not deterring my mothers experience whatsoever! Her apartment is fresh and gorgeous! And, the reality of the “gorgeous“ is because of the STAFFteam Who are there to serve with respect and love!! This all starts with the top! Executive Director, Ty, and her team of leaders are unique! Instead of a hierarchy of “corporate” administrative team, this team is highly competent, mature, and working in environment that serve their purpose in this world!

I’ve never experienced, a more helpful, and family oriented facility. Rebecca, who is over Management/Admitting, has worked diligently, and compassionately, for my father. The facility is beautiful, and the residents, are happy and well cared for. I work, in one of our main hospital facility’s. I’ve seen good care, and know what to expect. Your loved one, will definitely receive, love and care at Charter. They truly care about their residents, and their families.

It depends on a variety of things. I suggest calling and asking to speak to the sales manager. She can assist you with any questions.
There is a cafeteria but they serve meals 3 times a day. Its not buffet style but more of a restaurant style dining.
