My first call was not great, I basically got someone who didn't really care to help and said that I would have to come in to get any questions answered. However, I called back and spoke with Jasmine G. who was AMAZING. Jasmine went over and beyond, spending over an hour and a half on the phone with me answering all of my questions and walking me through step by step of everything I needed to do online. Thank you so much Jasmine for saving me the 3 hour drive and for being so patient with me! My suggestion would be to wait a day or so and call back if you aren't getting the response you need, everyone has a bad day sometimes and some people may be newer and just don't know the answer yet. Be kind.

I was on hold today for 42 minutes, 37 seconds before I finally gave up. This is absolutely inexcusable. The laziness is astounding. I am trying to help you collect; it would behoove you to answer the phone or respond to correspondence in general. What a joke.
