Firstly all of the positives: - room was spacious and well maintained - complementary breakfast was amazing and had a great selection - location/the hotel itself was quiet in a good way My complaint- my online reservation. I made a reservation for a convention this weekend. I got a confirmation email and everything saying my room was "booked". I don't know why this hotel was different from literally any other hotel I've used, but it never charged my card for the reservation. AT ALL. Instead we had to pay at the front desk, of which the gentleman who checked us in miscommunicated as the amount being for the security deposit. The next day, my friend comes back early and finds that our key cards didn't work because his card got declined and he had to fix that to get back into the room. It's been a hellish weekend because of this whole fiasco, and nothing was emailed or stated saying that I'd have to pay at the hotel. If I make a reservation through the hotel website, and I input my card info like literally ANY other hotel website, I should've been charged within a few days of making that reservation. I should NOT have gotten an email confirming my reservation if my card was never charged in the first place. Worst experience I've ever had in terms of reserving a hotel and I am very disappoined. It was a great hotel to stay in but I'm not going to recommend online reservations if you're not gonna charge the card when the person makes the reservation. Just don't ask for the card info at all if that's the case.

I'm usually skeptical about "express" hotels but this particular location was awesome, great staff, comfy beds, dark rooms and you can't hear any outside noise!!

The Amplified venue next door has events during the week. I did not know this. Check the schedule. So loud. I got no sleep. They could have at least put me in a room on the other side, considering I have status at IHG. Just an awful night for a business traveler to end a long week. After the show there was loud equipment and vehicles until 3am!! If you’re flying out of Love field, choose another hotel!!

Rooms were ok however, the next day we discovered we were chewed up by either bed bugs or carpet fleas or something as we had marks all over our buttocks, neck, arms and legs. Won't be going back. Great location and front desk service was good

I don't recall seeing any in the parking lot but I used to live at the apartment complex across the street from this hotel and can tell you semis would park on the street overnight all the time. They we're generally delivering to the Mary Kay building next door. The street is a low traffic street. You should not have a problem parking on the street.
Yes they do. The showers are very easy access.
