EDIT: It has been over a year and I still haven’t received any repayment or call of apology. The beginning of our stay was fine. As we were getting ready the next morning, water started pouring out of our ceiling in the bathroom. I ran and told the front desk and maintenance. They said they were coming to fix it. They stood outside of of our room, didn’t even turn the water off, and waited for us to rush and get everything packed. So many of our items got wet and messed up from it, because the water was gushing into the main part of our room. They offered to transfer us to a different room, but we declined since were already checking out that day. They let us know they were going to refund our stay, and it would be back into our account in just a few days. It’s now been 2 weeks and nothing. I have called multiple times to speak to their manager, left my phone number, and I never have receive a call back. We always stay at La Quinta’s on our trips, but this one definitely let us down. We just want the refund we were promised.

Place is under construction. Need improve the carpets and some furnitures. Clean and confortables rooms. Didn't have a hot breakfast except for the waffles. Really close to I-35

I stayed here because my airline cancelled my flight and this is where they put me up overnight. The staff were friendly. The location is awful. The amenities are non existent. Keeping in mind I didn't have my suitcase with me, and had been traveling all day, I was disappointed to find that they did not have vending machines, other than ice cream, and they didn't have anything in the breakfast area in the morning. When I asked about vending, I was told I could walk to the gas station nearby that's a different, very frightening review The sirens and noise from other guests were the not conducive for sleep and I was propositioned in the hall. The room seemed cleaning but the hotel overall was a bad paint job over old paint jobs. It felt rundown. Please note, I stay at LQs often, and at other Wyndham properties occasionally. This just doesn't meet their basic standards.

This hotel should not be affiliated with Wyndham anymore. The pictures on the websites are completely false for this location. I was completely appalled by this La Quinta. First off had it not been for a terrible ice storm I would have turned around and walked out gotten a uber/taxi to another hotel. Everything is booked! All the things listed on the website are completed false, You'll love free breakfast, they don't have breakfast. WiFi, only if you beg them to give the passcode. Gym, nothing works in the gym. Daily Housekeeping, they do not have that you have to go and get new towels from the front desk yourself. It says they have shuttle services to the airport, they do not offer this. So those things are just the things that the website says that are not accurate. Here comes the fun. We checked in got our keys went down the hall to the elevator. Took the elevator to the second floor got off and there is a man sitting in the sitting area sleeping with all his things. We go immediately into our room which was below average at best. I notice that there is a convenience store in the same parking lot and I needed to get some feminine products. I bundle up and leave the room go down the hall & there is a man standing at the end of the hall just staring. He doesn't move then entire time I walk down but just staring. I felt so scared and unsafe going to this convenience store. My husband the next day was in the lobby with the employee and two ladies walk in and the employee tells them if they are not paying they can't be there and they got belligerent and rude. There were so many random people walking around inside the hotel that were not staying at the hotel. It almost seemed liked a hotel for illegal activity. I would never stay at this hotel every again, I would never recommend anyone staying at this hotel or staying at a hotel within a 1 mile radius. I wouldn't let my dog stay here that is how terrible it was!!!
