Positive: The bed was very comfortable, the hot breakfast was great. Negative: Parking lot security needs to be beefed up. We had our catalytic convertor cut out on our truck overnight. We had even parked right under the security light.

Positive: There was hardly anything that I like about this hotel. Negative: I find this hotel appearance to be old need to be repainted cleaned up. Have more of a clean appearance for the guest includes it's interest way. I truly didn't feel comfortable at this hotel at all.

Shawn was very friendly, patient, helpful and caring. Great customer service! Neil and I can’t remember of all the hotels we have stayed at getting excellent service as we did last night. We also received great service from the girl at the desk when checking out this morning.

Don’t even get me started on the outside of the hotel! There was trash EVERYWHERE surrounding the hotel that nobody picked up the whole time we was there! The building itself has cracks and build up old dirt around the whole building, it just don’t look up to part at all! Due to Covid still being very REAL they have nothing set in place. I have not seen 1 person in that hotel have a mask on not even the staff. There is no sanitary station set up nor is there cleaning workers to make you feel comfortable that they are on top of their job!
