Horrible place. Cheap, yes. But they refuse to give you vaccination records until the entire process is done. They let anyone approve to have work done on your fur child. And when you give them paperwork from somewhere else, “it magiclly disappears” and they will double vaccinate your animal. Which could be fatal. Worst experience ever. This place need to be shut down

They aren't taking new clients however you could call and ask how much
Not emergency hours but do call and see if you can do a urgent care appt or be a walk in. When my daughters cat was urinating blood I called and they fit me in same day as a walk in. They will do there best to get you in asap!! If they can't call route 66 emergency clinic they are much better than VCA!!!
