Horrible service. Always new caregivers all the time. Caregivers don’t care and don’t communicate with my family. We have to tell them and management what to do all the time . There’s no nurse on duty. Never hear from management or staff regarding any feedback or stays if my mom’s care, etc. Very sad and disappointing. Only three staff there that seem to care.

As I've worked in many places this isn't too bad. It's got friendly staff, beautiful, clean, good food, and sweet residents. The price is whoa but. The upstairs Monarch staff is the most loving, caring, and they protect their residents. If I could I'd leave my company to work here.

In March 2020 The Woodmark at Uptown assured me they take clients with Lewy Body Dementia. I paid the non refundable community fee of $2,500 along with one month room and board. My husband was transferred from the VA geri psych unit to The Woodmark on March 10, 2020. The staff was unable to handle the aggression that comes with Lewy Body Dementia sending him back to the VA on March 14, 2020. The company is now charging me an extra $372.43 for the first several days in April, 2020 per the contract. He was only there for four days in March; however, because I refuse to pay the $372.43 per the contract they are going to send me to a collection agency. The $5,713.41 I paid them March, 2020, isn't enough for this greedy company. They want more even though my husband was only there for FOUR days.

Stop calling my fiance early in the AM To see if she will work a double shift early in the morning. Your director constantly mismanages the work schedule to include a wide variety of incorrect patient care. It's why employees keep leaving this establishment. It's horrible mismanaged and workers are underpaid for what the facility makes on returns.
