Everyone was very friendly. All of my questions were answered, and they made it a pleasant visit. Katelyn spent lots of time helping me pick out my lenses best for me and finding the best deals. She is a bit of a nerd which she'll admit, but I wouldn't have it any other way. She even offered to tighten the screws on my current glasses and put new pads on them, too. She definitely went out of her way to make this an awesome visit.
