Dr. Gary Bernard is a no nonsense Doctor. He has many years of experience and works on getting to the root cause and a solution for your health issue. He is efficient and moves along quickly. Come prepared to discuss your health issues and get to the point. If you have questions just ask him to slow it down a bit and explain. He is very accommodating but does not know if you don’t tell him. I recommend this office to Dr. Gary Bernard to my family and friends!

My mother is a long time patient of this office. Today she walked in having stroke like symptoms. She advised the front desk that she wasn't feeling well, of her symptoms, and requested that someone check her vitals as soon as possible. They told her to wait. She sat down for over 15 minutes, and watched the front desk and medical assistants talking and laughing as she was experiencing a medical emergency. She walked back up to them, in tears, explaining that she was having an emergency, and she needed to go the hospital. They replied "OK" but DID NOTHING. They REFUSED her medical treatment, and didn't even offer to call EMS for her. I was on the phone with my mom through this, and had to call an ambulance from out of state to respond to their PARKING LOT. I am absolutely disgusted, the staff clearly does not care about their patients. After seeing some of these other reviews, I see that she needs to find a new primary care physician.

Dr Bernard is Amazing! With that said oh boy watch out for his front office staff! Not only are they nasty as can be but they will literally start arguments with the patience! They’ll even go as far as trying to deny you medical treatment!!! Which everybody knows is against the Law! Try calling the office yeah good luck that staff doesn’t know what a phone is let alone common sense. I’ve even explained to the doctor himself that his front staff is horrible and needs to be replaced. So need a great doctor no problem there, but you will be out through hell to see him.
