I'm disappointed. I checked my account and found out that they took more money than supposed to. I gave the tip in cash. I checked my account today they took 5 more dollars from what I gave them and they always do this.

‼️‼️DO NOT COME HERE! Their work is terrible and charged us twice.. we went for a refund multiple times but no action and empathy. DO NOT COME HERE OR ELSE YOUC REGRET.‼️‼️

I've been coming here for quite some time and within the last few months, I've come in and there are always some type of issue. It is not consistently a positive experience. I understand prices increasing with different factors but I am paying more for less. Now all of a sudden I'm forced to pay extra just to get paraffin wax when for many months I was able to get wax instead of a hot stone treatment. Due to the fact that they water down the nail polish with alcohol, my paint on my toes chip within a week, regularly. Management is not the best and often find I have most of my issues when they are in the building. I'm not coming back anymore, y'all have lost a loyal customer.
