Loved the work but they need to get their reception/ appt setting together. There’s a reason folks make appointment and not to sit waiting to the point of just leaving. Always spent $200 every two weeks but it can go somewhere else

I honestly feel bad writing this review. Word on the street is this a good nail salon. Don't get me wrong the technicians here have talent (Only reason I did 2 stars) but the loyalty they have for money is more important than the customer. The reception is rude. I've heard many stories about experiences and it crushes me. I use to love this salon. What drew the line for me is they had a young girl sit next to me and they applied the nail tips. Left her for 10 minutes and then asked if she could come back later or the next day. YALL SHE HAD WAS THESE LONG BEHIND TIPS ON THATS IT. Wait time is horrible, if you make appointments you still have to wait. Check out 89 Nails. It's less than a 10 minute drive located off Kingsley ave.
