Very dishonest people. They tell you one thing and do something different. Tried to close an account on a rental home and they ended up taking their time closing the account and charging me over $121 to satisfy the account.

I called today. They said they can get someone out within 72 hours. If it is a water box problem I will not have to pay for the water pouring out but if it is my irrigation line then I have to pay for it. Why can't they just tell me the problem so it can get fixed and I'm wasting all this water.

Extremely difficult to pay online. The site has alot information that's not needed to pay your bill, I go through this every time I go online to pay. I'm a senior with very limited computer savvy. All of our other utilities sites are simple and very easy to maneuver through. Another Issue I have is that we do not receive our monthly bills, but I do receive the past due notices..They are past due because I havent received the bill!! I was informed awhile ago that if you pay your bill online then you're automatically place on paperless billing. This should be the customers preference whether or not to go papperless not the utilities!! I do not have checks or the time and extra money to buy a money order to pay my water bill. I spoke with a emwd rep and explained our situation that I mentioned above and was told that it would be taken care of and we would be receiving paper billing , we received one paper bill and afterwards it was back to the same old joke..... Is it really that difficult to send paper statements to customers that want them.

Bill is never proessed correctly the first time. Then you call and get a female clerk with attitude. I found Gary to be the best Customer Service Representative. Very helpful. KUDO to Gary!!

On line. Make an account. Just need your account number to start. If that doesn't work most liqueur stores offer bill pay. Check into it.
You can visit their website emwd.org and submit a request. It's fairly easy. You can also call the 800 number. Hope this helps.
