There was two parties going on the next street over . i called 4 times And they kept saying its on the board. The music and the bands were so loud it echoed the whole neighborhood 5 and a half hours of pounding drums and screaming over the mic. They never showed up . it finally ended at 1245 am There was probably 300 to 4 hundred people there blocking the road and parking in the street Dont call non emergency police Call 911

On July 19, 2019 at 1:15 am, I called the after hours animal control regarding my neighbors 2 large pitbulls knocking down a section of our shared fence. This is now the 4th time this has happened. I had to quickly run outside and get my small dog before they attacked him. The girl I spoke with could have cared less. She stated it was not an emergency and to call back at 7:30AM. I called the sheriff's office shortly after calling the animal control and they could care less as well. She stated if animal control was not coming out then it was nothing they could do. I stated I guess I need to be attacked for someone to come out and she responds by saying "Well is there a reason you would go outside". Hello! It's my property! I should not fear going outside! City of Perris Animal Control and Police Department are completely useless!

Called to report loud neighbors and told to a call a 1-800 number that is disconnected. I need to work in a few hrs! I'm about to call 911. Why not? Me not making money to feed my family because idiots want to party all night is an emergency to me!

It's called the "Disturbing the Peace" and it's illegal at All Times, it's disturbing "Your Personal Peace"! Call your police department and report it. They will correct the problem. Unless it's yard work and such, then it's 11pm.

I do not think they will escort your child to school. However as a parent we are the Queen's and King's of our homes. I as a parent made my oldest son get in school, I took a very active role in his education. On the other hand my best friend had your issue and she allowed him to make the rules. She was called in to the schools due to her son's attendence, the school sent put attendence officer's she was sited, needless to say because my son I took a by any means necessary approach to his education and him getting his diploma, my son graduated, and doing well, her son got hooked on drugs, in and out of prision. My son came in and thanked me one day. When I asked why, he said he had just ran into the friend's son, and he was in front of the store begging for money, high. Get the school officials involved. They have resouces to help you with your issues, with your son. They have couselors and an entire array of things that could help you. Not the police.

Go to the station or if was a home incident you can call and have an officer come make a report, get the report number if you have the item insured. Or simply go to the station and filena report, get the report number, a card with the officer whom makes the report. Hope this helps.
