Last two visits both Dana and Evan were very helpful. Evan on two occasions carried heavy items to my car without hesitation. Dana is always helpful when I come. Ive probably dealt with her on 5 occasions at this point in time. She really takes the time and offers help and suggestions. I didnt have my receipt to do the survey as you needed a survey code so leaving review here. Staples on Kingsley Ave in OP, Fl 32073

Just left from this location. Nancy , at the front checkout, is lucky that my receipt did not have a “please take the survey and tell us about your experience shopping at Staples today” because it would not have rated well for her. She had a very unapproachable disposition and when I left , she seemed to be quite aggravated with a question that I had asked another associate. And when I turned around (as I was walking out the door) I was able to catch her throwing her hands up in the air and shaking them at that associate as if to show her frustration with me . good job Nancy, keep up the good work. Ps. The man working at the copy center was multitasking , friendly and quite approachable.

I went in Staples in Orange Park, FL. On Kingsley Ave. store 1066 @ 3:31pm on 2/2/22 just to see what I can get my husband for a birthday presents. Joseph was sooo kindly enough to stop doing whatever he was doing to answer a few questions about the items I was interested in. If the answers wasn't on the box itself, Joseph took his cell phone out to look up the answer for me. From the time he answered my questions, ringing up my orders, and putting it in my car....he was soo helpful throughout my entire visit to the store. Thanks to him I got the perfect gaming desk and monitor for my husband. Joseph deserves a raise or at least a paid vacation.
